Each interior surface has a food grade 304 stainless steel shelf slides, food grade 304 annealed stainless steel sheets and 316 stainless steel hardware in the lining. The lifts have been fire rated for 90 min on the exterior doors and the rollers have been made of durable nylon that provides a long lasting operation.
We build four types of Commercial Lifts they are Cabinet Grade Birch, Powder Coated Steel, Stainless Steel, and Cabinet Grade Birch with Stainless Foil Insert. Cabinet grade birch is mainly used to transport dry goods and supplies.Cabinet grade birch with stainless foil insert is recommended for prepared foods as it has a fine stainless foil coating which provides full safety for the prepared foods.Then comes the powder coated steel which is ideal for transporting cases of goods, beer kegs, parts, manufactured goods and etc.And the stainless steel commercial lifts which utilizes food grade stainless foil as the liner as it is less money than a solid stainless and will pass your local health department for health standards and is mostly preferred in transporting your goods.
